The insertion valve is an operational valve that can be added to your valve list to be used at any time to help you control your system. We provide the valve and install it while your system is never affected by our method. The valve is inserted in the open position allowing you to determine when it is closed or open.

1st Determine line size 4"-12". Type of pipe C-900, Class Pipe, Cast Iron, Ductile or Asbestos Cement. To ensure proper fitting to be used.
2nd Mount fitting and Pressure test.
3rd Mount temporary valve and Tapping machine.
4th Make (1) one cut and retract coupon.
5th Insert valve in open position and remove equipment.
Add standard operating Nut and you have gained control of the Line. The valve is ready when you are.
